Korp Kommunication and Invoke invite you to join an online webinar regarding the implementation of ESEF regulation. During this 60-minute online presentation, you will learn to meet ESMA requirements. |
Registration
ESEF (European Single Electronic Format) is the new format that will affect all companies listed on regulated markets. The annual reports submitted to Finansinspektionen (the Swedish financial supervisory authority) and Bolagsverket (the Swedish Companies Registration Office) – often in PDF format – must now be created in new file formats (iXBRL/XHTML) with increased data.
Consequently, companies are required to have access to software that can handle this data. ESEF means that consolidated financial statements must be "tagged" digitally with XBRL tags according to a predetermined taxonomy. The software puts a virtual tag on the financial information so that authorities can identify and automate, for instance, translations. The tagging can be done by either the companies themselves or externally by consultants. Special software is now required in order to design the issuer’s taxonomy and to create files in the new output format (iXBRL/XHTML).
Korp Kommunikation examined various ESEF solutions in order to be able to present alternative solutions to customers.
Invoke offers a solution for tagging and creating digital annual reports. It is a so-called cloud solution without local software installed on local computers that can integrate the front part and the back part into tagged annual reports. The solution is independent and works with most ways annual reports are prepared. Invoke is a French company that has vast experience and has been offering XBRL solutions for digital annual reports within e.g. the financial industry, e.g. Swedbank, Bluestep and Erik Penser.
On the agenda:
- What is the ESEF regulation and how will it impact your reporting process?
- How to report under the ESEF – Demo with Invoke’s software
- Q&A
Time and date: 29 September 2020, 11:00-12:00 CET
